Service Description
Lift and Move Sessions are fully guided 60 minute workouts for up to 6 people including a perfect balance of fitness components for optimal health and longevity. These sessions focus on developing strength in the upper body, lower body and core and also have a cardiovascular component. Not only are you building lean body mass and shaping your body but you also sweating and burning maximal calories throughout the session! Programs are coordinated to ensure each person is getting the proper individualized attention so each exercise is being performed properly and at correct loads. Regular follow-ups will ensure individuals are on track and get the support they need on-going.

Cancellation Policy
Private Training: All cancellations within 24hrs will be charged in full. Small Group Training: Sessions may be rescheduled within 6 hours of the session start time through the online booking system. All sessions purchased on a monthly membership will expire at the end of the month.
