Service Description
Lift Sessions are fully guided 60 minute workouts that focus solely on strength training. Learn how to lift weights properly and develop strength through the upper body, lower body and core safely. This session will first build a solid foundation to start your strength development and then guide you towards putting on lean body mass to develop increased strength and shape your body! Programs are coordinated to ensure each person is getting the proper individualized attention so each exercise is being performed properly and at correct loads. Regular follow-ups will ensure individuals are on track and get the support they need on-going.

Cancellation Policy
Private Training: All cancellations within 24hrs will be charged in full. Small Group Training: Sessions may be rescheduled within 6 hours of the session start time through the online booking system. All sessions purchased on a monthly membership will expire at the end of the month.
