Circuit Training Sessions are fun, dynamic workouts with a variety of different exercises, using different types of equipment in a timed interval format. These sessions focus on muscular and cardiovascular endurance and involve all different parts of the body and movements. It is the best way to build endurance throughout your body and ensure you leave every workout sweating and burning maximal calories!

Cancellation Policy

Private Training: All cancellations within 24hrs will be charged in full. Small Group Training: Sessions may be rescheduled within 6 hours of the session start time through the online booking system. All sessions purchased on a monthly membership will expire at the end of the month.
