Service Description
Box and Lift sessions fly by with the perfect combination of fun and engaging boxing drills followed by resistance training to optimize your cardio output but also build some lean body mass. These Small Group Sessions are fully guided 60 minute workouts with a perfect balance of fitness components for optimal health and longevity. With only a maximum of 6 people in each session, you are given more individualized attention so you can learn the boxing skills and lifting techniques at a faster rate and with better understanding. Regular follow-ups will ensure individuals are on track and get the support they need on-going.

Cancellation Policy
Private Training: All cancellations within 24hrs will be charged in full. Small Group Training: Sessions may be rescheduled within 6 hours of the session start time through the online booking system. All sessions purchased on a monthly membership will expire at the end of the month.
