Maximize the therapeutic and healing effects of nature while having fun through high energy and interactive workouts with a perfect combination of agility, athletic and conditioning drills to target your cardiovascular, strength and endurance systems and maximize your health and fitness! Mat and hand weights (5-15lbs) required. Please wear weather appropriate clothing and be prepared for the weather conditions.
Private Training: All cancellations within 24hrs will be charged in full. Small Group Training: Sessions may be rescheduled within 6 hours of the session start time through the online booking system. All sessions purchased on a monthly membership will expire at the end of the month.
