Small Group Training sessions are fully guided 60 minute workouts for up to 6 people including a perfect balance of fitness components for optimal health and longevity. Programs are coordinated to ensure each person is getting the proper individualized attention so each exercise is being performed properly and at correct loads. Regular follow-ups will ensure individuals are on track and get the support they need on-going. Clients are encouraged to attend the same training sessions per week allowing each group to build a rapport and relationships with each other. Sessions include partner work to incorporate the motivational and social benefits of group training.
Private Training: All cancellations within 24hrs will be charged in full. Small Group Training and Group Workouts: Sessions may be rescheduled within 1 hour of the session start time through the online booking system. All sessions purchased on a monthly membership will expire at the end of the month.
