Punch and move to your goals through this ultimate workout that combines non-contact Boxing drills with athletic movements and full-body strength!

Combine the high-intensity cardio and rotational power of boxing with functional strength and athletic movement for the ultimate workout!  Starting with proper mobility warm-ups and engaging fitness drills, this full-service workout will condition your body for everyday function, health and longevity.  Kicking it up with fun boxing drills and full-body exercises, you will move and build strength to develop a fit athletic body full of energy all-day long!

Lift’n Move

Build a fit, functional body through a perfect combination of movement and strength!

Through this 60min workout, you will maximize your time burning calories while building strength in all areas of your body.  Starting with proper mobility warm-ups and engaging fitness drills, this full-service workout will condition your body for everyday function, health and longevity.  Combining athletic conditioning drills, high-intensity intervals and strength exercises, you will challenge your body to increase musculature, decrease body fat and transform your health!

*Group Workouts are high-intensity workouts designed for advanced levels but beginners are welcome and encouraged to work at their own pace with increased rest and reduced weights.  Train with Nat provides an inclusive and supportive environment in small group settings for growth and success.

Group Workouts are offered as 4 week memberships depending on the frequency of visits on recurring monthly payments.

Sessions may be rescheduled prior to 1hr before the session on the on-line booking system but must be used within the 4 week period.

In the case of a last minute cancellation or no-show, a make-up credit may be granted to be used within the week, but may not be guaranteed based on availability.
